The thermal transfer method is the process of creating a circuit board by first printing the circuit diagram onto thermal transfer paper using a laser printer. The printed transfer paper is then placed onto a copper-clad board, and after heating, the melted toner is completely adsorbed onto the copper plate. Once cooled, the transfer paper is removed, revealing the circuit board pattern that has been transferred to the copper plate. The black anti-corrosion layer represents the desired PCB pattern, which is then subjected to corrosion to obtain the final PCB board.
Instructions: 1. Print the circuit board circuit diagram onto the glossy side of the thermal transfer paper using a laser printer. 2. Adjust the plate making machine to a temperature between 150-180 degrees Celsius. Apply the side of the thermal transfer paper printed with the circuit diagram onto the copper-clad board for transfer. 3. Alternatively, an electric iron can be used instead of the plate-making machine for manual transfer. 4. After the transfer is complete, remove the transfer paper, and place the copper-clad plate in a ferric chloride solution for corrosion. 5. Finally, use gasoline to clean the toner on the board, or scrub the toner in water.
Note: - Manual measurement may result in small errors. Please check the size in detail before purchase. - The real colors may slightly differ from the pictures, as it depends on the specific monitor settings and light brightness. - We highly appreciate all customer opinions to improve the selling process. Please note that manual measurement may result in small errors, so it is important to check the size in detail before purchase. Additionally, the real colors may slightly differ from the pictures, as it depends on the specific monitor settings and light brightness. We value all customer opinions and feedback to improve the selling process, so if you are unsatisfied with anything, please contact us for the best possible solution.
